BBC viewers all ask the same question about Amol Rajan after Piers Morgan’s ‘most in-depth and personal interview’ yet
BBC VIEWERS are all asking the same question about Amol Rajan after his interview with Piers Morgan.
Amol, 39, sat down with TalkTV and Sun columnist Piers, 58, for his ‘most in-depth and personal interview’ yet.
The programme saw the former Good Morning Britain anchor talk about his life in the last number of decades.
However, BBC viewers couldn’t help but be distracted by Amol’s appearance.
He wore two watches during his chat with Piers which has got viewers puzzled and asking why.
Taking to social media, one telly watcher said: “Great work, Amol, but worried about the two watches.”
A second said: “I’ve just watched @piersmorgan interviewed by @amolrajan. And there’s one outstanding question. Why does Amol Rajan wear Two watches?”
“Would like to see many more Rajan extended interviews. One question though why two watches Amol,” said a third.
While a fourth commented: “This was compelling viewing, mostly because @amolrajan appears to be wearing two watches!!”
During the show, Piers branded his former GMB colleague Alex Beresford as a “treacherous little p***k” after the pair fell out over two years ago.
Their feud started over comments made by Piers in the aftermath of Meghan and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah Winfrey.
GMB star Alex criticised Piers‘ take on the explosive interview, which they discussed on the ITV morning show the day after its airing.
Alex’s remarks prompted a dramatic exit from Piers, who stormed off the set.
