The TV presenter, 33, hosted the spin-off version of the hit Channel 4 baking show for just one series.
But the broadcaster has confirmed she won’t be returning this year and has announced her replacement.
In a tweet posted to the official Great British Bake Off account, it said Ellie Taylor would take over the reigns.
“From Ted Lasso to tiramisu – we’re delighted to welcome @EllieJaneTaylor as our new co-host on Bake Off: The Professionals alongside @LiamcBakes.”
Comedian Ellie, 39, recently appeared on the celebrity edition of Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer.
They went on to also confirm the judges, with Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden coming back.
Channel 4 have not addressed Stacey‘s departure from the beloved programme.
The Sun has contacted Channel 4 for comment.
Bake Off: The Professionals sees new teams must summon up all their patisserie prowess to wow the judges and stay in the competition.
