A FITNESS lover has revealed the most common gym mistake she’s seen that gives people a “box frame.”
She showed viewers the simple exercise switch to get a snatched waist in a TikTok video.

She shares tips and tricks to live a healthier and happier life inside and out on her TikTok.
In a TikTok video, she told viewers some common gym mistakes that she sees all the time that actually make your body look wider instead of the opposite effect.
She offered some exercises that will snatch your waist and give women a desired hourglass figure.
The blonde beauty wore a metallic green sports bra and high-waisted black athletic leggings that exhibited her muscular build.
Throughout the course of the video, she stood in a gym as she addressed her audience.
“Need to avoid the most common mistake that I see in the gym, which is men lifting up and down at their sides and thinking that these side crunches are gonna snatch them in,” she said.
According to the content creator, doing this will only fill the open muscles and make someone look wider, giving them “a box frame.”
“Instead, you wanna take your kettlebell. Drop down. And you wanna do twists at your core, which is gonna snatch in these muscles,” she explained.

“It’s true that you were working your oblique muscles and it will build you boxier but GIRL twisting literally works your obliques the hardest!!” a viewer chimed in.
