I’m 99 but have always wanted to have knives thrown at me – now my dream has finally come true, says OAP daredevil
A 99-YEAR-OLD woman said her dream of having knives thrown at her has finally come true.
OAP daredevil Annie Duplock, 99, from Sharnford in Leicestershire, stood against a board during a live circus show as blades were hurled at her by a professional knife thrower.

He agreed to allow knife thrower Toni to involve the almost-centenarian in the performance and said the performer “will handle this very professionally”.
Introducing Annie to a cheering crowd, Martin said: “Annie worked for me 30 years ago, putting up posters.
“Annie was 70 years old then and she is 100 years old this August.”
Martin told the audience Annie had seen the show the night before and asked him to be part of the knife-thrower’s performance for her 100th birthday treat.
Annie said: “I’ve always wanted to have knives thrown at me!
“I really enjoyed this experience. I’m ready for the next one.”
It comes after a parrot-mad great grandad covered his £300,000 home with a giant mural of his birds – and his neighbours love it.
Incredible pics showed the moment a younger daredevil reached into the jaws of a monster 17ft great white shark in a terrifying close encounter.
