Shocking moment wild brawl erupts in pub and two brothers are stabbed in row over a game of pool
THIS is the shocking moment a wild bar brawl erupts over a game of pool, leaving two brothers with stab wounds.
Nicholas and Jordan Feast were injured in the savage fight at a bar in Adelaide, Australia, which was reportedly a clash between two families.
The chilling footage shows a crowd of people punching, kicking and using pool cues to beat one another.
A woman can be seen screaming at one man as he punches another repeatedly in the head as she tries to hold him back.
Several groups splinter off before one man pulls what appears to be a blade from his pocket.
The clip cuts out and then shows paramedics wheeling two men out of the venue on gurneys.
Adelaide District Court heard that Jacob Donhardt, 24, and his relatives were playing pool when the Feast’s father, Matthew, asked if he could join in.
This led to an argument before punches were thrown and, according to witnesses, Donhardt beat Matthew Feast over the head with a pool cue.
Other family members piled in, before Donhardt took out a flick knife and brandished it at his opponents.
The brothers chased him out into the car park, where he stabbed Jordan in the cheek and arms and Nicholas in the stomach and collarbone, jurors were told.
Prosecutors said that Donhardt had shouted: “Back off or I’m going to kill you.”
In a victim impact statement, Jordan said that he had been left with permanent scars and feared for his life.
Nicholas added that he is now more wary of strangers because of the attack.
Donhardt pleaded guilty to two counts of causing harm with intent over the brawl, which occurred in September 2020.
He was handed an eight-year prison term, with a non-parole period of four years and eight months, backdated to September 7 of that year.
Sentencing him, Judge Anthony Allen said: “The danger of the use of a knife in a licensed premises is self-evident in what came to pass this Father’s Day afternoon”
Donhardt was already serving a suspended sentence for a knifepoint robbery just four weeks before he stabbed the Feasts.
