Stacey Solomon shows off her post baby body in blue leotard as she reveals why she has ‘severe anxiety’
STACEY Solomon has opened up about her ‘bad anxiety’ after starting the day with a workout at 4.30am.
The telly star, 33, was up with the lark to film the new series of Sort Your Life Out but was sure to fit in a quick workout beforehand.
While taking her army of social media followers through her morning routine, Stacey revealed the reason behind why she is feeling so anxious.
She admitted: “I woke up so early (4.30am) feeling SO anxious.
“I came on yesterday & it’s my first period in over a year so it’s thrown me right out!
“Everyone was sleeping so I decided to try & do things to set me up for work today. Forced myself to gym, made myself lunch, washed my hair & got ready to go…”
Rallying her fans, Stacey added: “To anyone having a low day, you’re amazing & everything is temporary, you’ve got this.
“Me when I first woke up to after hair & make up is cracking me up!”
Stacey gave birth to hers and her husband Joe Swash‘s second daughter, Belle, in February.
In April, the mum-of-five returned to work and jetted to Paris after landing a job with L’Oreal.
Then this weekend, following a host of celebrations for their son Rex’s fourth birthday, Stacey was back on the road to film the new series of Sort Your Life Out.
Filming for the BBC series has continued into this week and Stacey’s video on Wednesday gave her fans a good look of her day.
After completing her cardio and weights workout in the garden at the crack of dawn, she nipped inside for a shower.
Stacey then whipped up a healthy packed lunch and filmed herself as her hair and make-up team got to work.
The Loose Women star then completed her montage with a photograph of herself on set in the SYLO ‘warehouse’.
She said: “Spending the day helping the most deserving family get their house back is just the most amazing feeling ever.
“So grateful I get to do this. Happy Wednesday everyone.”
The new series of Sort Your Life Out is expected to air either late this year or early 2024 on BBC1.
