Savvy shopper snaps up giant paddling pool for £12.99 down from £119.99 – but everyone is asking the same thing
SUMMER is finally here and that means it’s pool season.
Most of us aren’t fortunate enough to have a luxury outdoor pool in out gardens.
That’s why paddling pools and inflatable pools are so popular especially when they are selling for a bargain price.
One savvy shopper has revealed nabbed her massive pool for just £12.99.
Taking to Facebook on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, the bargain hunter revealed she got her pool from Smyths Toys.
The savvy shopper managed to get over £100 of the original price of the massive pool.
She said: “12ft swimming pool in Smyth’s Today for £119.99 and the cover to go with it is £12.99”
“Its absolutely HUGE.”
“I’m not on a water metre I’m on a fixed tariff thank god. Yes it comes with a pump and filter.”
“And it’s 76cm/ 30inch high.”

Another user claimed the savvy shopper would have hidden costs later on for the massive pool.
“Its all the ph and chlorine to go in that costs and you need that or your be emptying it all the time as Algi will go in and that’s dangerous and makes you ill not the water rates loll mine never changed took 8 hours to fill my 15 foot and I’m on a water metre.”
But the savvy shopper assured people she had it all under control.
She said: “We have it all we bought a big kit off Amazon.”
“Salt tablets for pools are also very good and work out cheaper. Chlorine may irritate after a while. Love the pool,” suggested another user.
