Inside incredible plan for hypercar SKYSCRAPER with lifts for luxury cars to drive right up to your penthouse
HYPER car owners can now take their lifestyle up a notch after Bugatti unveiled its plans for a luxury apartment complex in Dubai.
As well as a French Riviera-inspired beach and rooftop swimming pools, residents can have their bespoke motors taken all the way to their front door thanks to two garage-to-penthouse hypercar lifts.
The incredible feature will be a part of the Bugatti Residences, which is being built by luxury developer Binghatti in Dubai‘s Business Bay area.
The estate also includes an ocean-styled infinity pool, a private pool, a jacuzzi spa, a fitness club, a chef’s table, a private valet, a private members club, a chauffeur and concierge services.
It will boast 171 Riviera Mansions and 11 Sky Mansion Penthouses, with prices yet to be confirmed.
Unveiled this week, the curving tower block will be Bugatti’s first residential development in the UAE‘s most populated city.
The French ultra-lux car maker wants to extend its exclusive products beyond vehicle and clothing lines by branching into the housing sector.
The brand’s goal came in handy with the ambitions of architect Muhammad BinGhatti, who likes to incorporate automotive designs into his projects.
He said: “Since childhood, I was inspired by the aesthetics of automotive and aeronautic industries and dreamt of creating a brand that would redefine the real estate industry and pay architectural homage to such design philosophies.
“I wanted my towers to be hyper towers that evoked the emotions a car enthusiast would have when seeing their favourite supercar.”
The futuristic skyscraper is said to have a strong French Riviera influence, offering floor-to-ceiling windows to provide unobstructed views of the affluent central business district.
The huge windows were also designed to maximise natural light, with the high ceilings and open-plan living spaces to make each property feel more spacious.
Concept pictures showed the building at night along with its numerous rooftop pools and the stunning views that can be enjoyed.
In a joint statement with Binghatti, the premium car firm said: “The collaboration between the two revered brands aims to depict synergies that achieve unparalleled excellence.
“Drawing upon the rich and diverse creative heritage of both brands, the Bugatti and Binghatti collaboration project has at its nucleus a meticulously designed structure featuring a distinctive façade complemented by intricately designed interiors.
“With its serene undertones, the hyper-form will juxtapose the city’s bustling energy – a retreat in the heart of the metropolis.”
The designers claimed the 182-property building was unique and offered bespoke layouts.
The statement continued: “Unmatched craftsmanship and exquisite finishes that set a new standard for opulence will be at the heart of the living spaces curated for Bugatti Residences, ensuring that the ‘Art of Living’ is reimagined for a contemporary defining era.
“Both penthouses and mansions offer spacious living areas adorned with the finest material selection the world has to offer.
“The Bugatti Residences carry a seamless blend of comfort, functionality and elegance that reflect Bugatti and Binghatti’s pre-eminence in design.”
