A SWIMSUIT and squat enthusiastic has shared her secret to achieving abs just like hers.
She put her method down to four simple exercises that she said anyone can do at home.

This lady puts her routines into action in real life too, holding well-attended “bikini body classes.”
She has built up an audience of over 68,000 followers and another 503,000 likes.
In her post, she wanted to share with her platform the secret to her super-toned and honed abs.
“These ab workouts helped me transform my abs from this,” she teased, showing a before photo.
In it, Allegra was sitting on the side of a boat wearing a strapless bikini and black briefs.
Many would have aspired to her ‘former’ abs incarnation, but not Allegra.
She reckoned she could do better and determined to do so by showing a pic of her abs she was super proud of.
“To this,” she said presenting a new version, a vision in a royal blue bikini and a set of abs that looked defined and strong.
Her methods came down to four key moves. “Save this for a strong core,” she promised.
Wearing a Fuschia pink gym outfit, she explained to viewers the process. Each movement had to be repeated three times with 15 moves for each.
These were: “Plank taps; alternating toe touches; modified push up; down dog to plank and opposite touch.
For this gym queen at least, she made it look easy.
