I went from ‘stick’ to ‘thick’ when I joined the gym – I weighed 130 lbs before, and loved gaining 35 lbs
A WOMAN has revealed her body changes after gaining 35 pounds during her fitness journey.
She said in a TikTok video that she weighed 130lbs when she first joined the gym and loved going from “stick” to “thick.”
Exercise enthusiast Fia (@bodiedbyfia) is a certified physical trainer based in Atlanta.
In a TikTok video, she shared her weight gain journey that helped her achieve the body she has now.
Before she began her wellness routine, she was a self-described “stick” that weighed 130 pounds in 2020.
She explained in the video that after she started working out and eating three meals a day, she gained 35 pounds.
Then she said she became so “thick” that she weighed in at 165 pounds at the end of 2020 into 2021.
Soon after she reached her maximum weight, she moved to Atlanta, where she still currently resides.
Fia said that she ended up losing all the weight she worked hard to gain and was at 145 pounds at the start of 2022.
Many people could relate to her body shape changes and shared their opinion in the comment section of the video.
“Nah, that weight looked amazing on you,” a viewer commented.
“I’m 5’7″ and weigh 140, so I know your struggle but girl we got this,” another chimed in.
“Still bomb. Y’all she’s kinda tall… height and weight difference makes a difference for everyone thanks,” a fan added.
