A SUPPORTER of other plus-size women has admitted she wasn’t always so confident.
The woman, who goes by Chubby Redhead (@chubbyred444) on social media often shares insight into what life is like for someone whose body shape isn’t always loved.
Despite being comfortable in her skin now, that wasn’t always the case, she revealed in a recent clip on her TikTok account.
“I was the chubby girl in high school and I spend all of my years obsessing and hating over my body,” she said.
Since then, Chubby Redhead has learn how to be the confident person she is today.
Now, the body positive stunner shares her advice to help others feel as good as she does.
She’s not afraid to show off what she’s got either.
She explained: “I’ve always struggles with my confidence and I’ve only just recently learnt how to love myself, but I’m gonna teach you how.”
According to Chubby Redhead, all it takes is donning an outfit you feel like a “bad b**ch” in.
For her, that’s anything that show’s off her belly.
“Get that belly out, go out in public and flaunt it. Fake it ’til you make it,” she continued.
Forgetting what others thought was the key to learning to love her look, the stunner said.
And as for anyone who has negative thoughts about their body, Chubby Redhead’s advice is to remain positive.
“We think we must be the most disgusting person ever. Shut up. Do not ever say that ever again,” she said.
After sharing her self-love advice online others thanked her for being so inspitational.
One said: “Love your confidence girl, go for it beautiful lady.”
And a second said: “If I’m staring it’s because I’m staring in amazement of such beauty.”
