I spent just £15 on Temu and got a whopping 56 things including stuff to sort out my house & a bunch of beauty bargains
A SHOPPING fan wanted to see if Temu really lived up to the hype so bought a huge haul of bargains.
Despite buying 56 different items, Annesha Adams only spent £15 on her order from the online shop.
The site offers everything from kitchen gadgets, electronics and outdoor furniture to makeup, baby clothes and power tools.
And most of it is up for sale for less than £10.
Annesha decided to buy loads of different items including skincare, homeware, and even socks.
“Almost every single day they have sales on all of their products,” the shopper raved before showing off everything she nabbed.
She started off with a few home essentials, including a five pack of scouring sponges for 14p, reusable silicone pot lids for 38p, and some plastic tubs for £1.17.
Not only that, but she bought some nifty kitchen gadgets – although the whisk she bought turned out to be a slight let down.
“I thought it was electronic,” she explained as she tried to work out how to use it properly.
“I was literally just picking random stuff on purpose on the website, I was like, let me see whatever, it’s not a big deal,” Annesha explained as she pulled the next item from the bag.
She bought the small heart-shaped rug for just £3.13 – but admitted it’s for her pets to lay on, not for herself.
The beauty sponges she bought turned out to a lot smaller than she expected too, despite only costing £1.13.
She slammed: “These are way too small, who are these for a little child?”
Next up, Annesha ordered ankle socks, except the shopper thought she’d bought a pack of five but only received one pair.
“I knew this was too good to be true,” she said.
Other items were a huge hit with the bargain hunter though, including the pink ice tray, bag hook, satin hair bonnet, hair bands and lip balm.
She even got a pack of colourful hair extensions for just £1.55.
“I’m going to do a really fun ponytail with it, I’m excited,” she said.
After sharing her mega haul on YouTube other shoppers shared their Temu experience too.
One said: “I am on my 8th order, beware, YOU WILL LOVE. I don’t compare to Shein because Shein was known for clothes.
“I would say almost like Amazon. I had items I purchased at Amazon and SAME item was half-price.”
And a second commented: “I love Temu but they haven’t won me on their clothes so I’m sticking to Shein with that one.
“And Shein has a better selection on their plus size clothes.”
