Blue Jays star Vladimir Guerrero Jr. departs with knee injury

Toronto Blue Jays star Vladimir Guerrero Jr. exited Friday's 7-6 spring training victory against the Tampa Bay Rays after one inning in Dunedin, Fla., due to right knee discomfort.
