Adult female mountain lion came out of the hills and into some back yards this morning in the foothills below the Angeles National Forest in Azusa, CA... State Fish and Game supervised the tranquilization and movement of the big cat out of the area. Unfortunately, after roaming around for a bit, she settled under some thick foliage and the shooting of the dart wasn't visible. Big media presence after she was moved to the bed of a truck for transport to the vet. She will be re-repatriated into the wild soon according to local news outlets.
