I was just thinking about this issue in economic terms... I was wrong. I am sure China has been doing this for some time (Obama and Bush Presidencies), but we have a guy in office taking it like it should be taken -- like an act of war. A vehicle drove into a group of people in the western German city of M"unster on Saturday, killing three people and injuring 20, German authorities confirmed.
