Saucedo, Biggio lead Dunedin to 4-0 win over St. Lucie

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (AP) -- Cavan Biggio homered and had two hits, and Tayler Saucedo allowed just three hits over six innings as the Dunedin Blue Jays beat the St. Lucie Mets 4-0 on Friday.
