ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — Crews have wrapped up work to upgrade residence halls on three New York state campuses just in time for the start of fall classes. Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo's office announced the completion of the projects on Tuesday and Wednesday. The three dorms received energy efficient windows, doors and electrical systems, along with renovated bathrooms, study lounges and community areas.
