Jim McKee: How W.H. Ferguson became a nationally known capitalist

As you walk around the Nebraska state capitol in Lincoln, the southeast corner of 16th and H streets presents three spectacular houses. The house directly on the corner was built by W.H. Ferguson and is currently owned by the state.
