Former Coast Guard mascot dies in seaman's arms

Buoy, a spunky 15-year-old red Labrador retriever, was gifted to the Destin, Fla., U.S. Coast Guard Station in 2002. At just 6 weeks old, Buoy quickly became the station's beloved mascot.
