Sushant Lok resident Richa Kalra wears many hats. The 40-year-old is a wife, mother, corporate executive, and also has to her name two podium finishes in long-distance runs. Richa is from a growing tribe of women from Gurgaon for whom life (read: life in fitness) actually begins at 40. But fitness for these women is not limited to gymming or yoga. It extends to participating in – and winning – long-distance runs and preparing for challenges that most of their male counterparts might find daunting – the Ultra Marathons and Triathlons.
