Flags lowered in Rhode Island to honor victims in Florida

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — Gov. Gina Raimondo (ray-MAHN'-doh) has ordered all U.S. and Rhode Island flags to be flown at half-staff at all state facilities and buildings in honor of the victims of the shooting at a gay nightclub in Florida.

Raimondo says her thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their loved ones who were killed early Sunday in Orlando.
