A five-member team of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Liberties Committee (APCLC) met the families of 20 men, who were killed in the twin encounters in Seshachalam Reserve Forest in Andhra Pradesh last year, to extend them legal aid to contest the final closure report filed by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) before the Tirupathi court.
