Congress will solve Punjab's drug menace in a month if voted to power: Rahul Gandhi

Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Monday addressed a protest rally in Jalandhar city of Punjab on Monday against the drug menace in the state and said that his party will solve the drug issue in a month time if it is voted to power.
