Raped and Arrested: Dutch Woman on Holiday in Qatar Charged With Adultery

A Dutch woman on holiday in Qatar was arrested on charges of adultery after she claimed she was raped. The woman filed a rape complaint in March 2016, but instead of charging the suspect, the victim was arrested and charged with adultery.
