Former Bihar chief minister and RJD Chief Lalu Prasad along with 28 others, accused in fodder scam appeared before special CBI court in Ranchi on Monday to prove that they are alive. The court had directed all 48 accused in case RC38A/96 to appear before court in person to set records right as many among them have either died or have turned approver and were not available during previous dates of hearing.
