Microsoft Corporation to acquire LinkedIn for $26.2 billion

LinkedIn will, however, retain its distinct brand, culture and independence while Jeff Weiner will remain CEO of LinkedIn, reporting to Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, the Microsoft News Centre reported.
