Obama: 'No clear evidence' Orlando shooter directed by Islamic State

WASHINGTON, June 13 (UPI) -- President Obama on Monday said there is "no clear evidence" that Omar Seddique Mateen, the accused Pulse nightclub gunman, was directed by the Islamic State.
