Fox Networks Group CFO Del Mayberry to retire

Fox Networks Group, a unit of 21st Century Fox Inc. , said Monday its Chief Financial Officer Del Mayberry will retire after more than three decades with the company. Fox Networks Group includes Fox Broadcasting Company, FX Networks, Fox Sports Media Group and National Geographic Partners. The company's Executive Vice President of Business Operations and Development, Ravi Ahuja, was named Mayberry's successor. Prior to joining Fox Networks Group, Ahuja was the CFO for Virgin Entertainment Group.
