A night of durable hits with Steely Dan and Steve Winwood

Steely Dan has outlasted the trends — from its days as soft-rock conquerors of the charts in the 1970s to unwitting captains of the ironic “yacht rock” revival in the early 2000s.

Backed by a sizable live band, the musicians emphasize the jazz and R&B undertones of the songs, while years of road work have turned the studio boffins into natural showmen.

Co-headliner Steve Winwood has decades of durable hits in his arsenal too, ranging from his 1980s solo staples to the blues- and soul-inspired classics he recorded with the Spencer Davis Group, Traffic and Blind Faith.
