MoAD invites chefs to the table
London chefs Duval Timothy, Folayemi Brown and Jacob Fodio Todd explore their mixed African and European heritage with a cooking collaboration and supper club named after one of their popular ingredients: the Groundnut.
Recipes to Share,is an homage to East and West African cuisine, and this weekend they come to San Francisco’s Museum of the African Diaspora for a conversation with the museum’s chef-in-residence, Bryant Terry.
“I feel like (the Groundnut) embodies everything I and younger chefs have been doing in reclaiming these food traditions,” said Terry.
