Fleeing suspect deploys smokescreen, spikes in police chase
MARIJAMPOLE, Lithuania, June 13 (UPI) -- Lithuanian Police released dashboard camera footage of a harrowing high-speed chase where the driver attempted to use a smokescreen and spikes against police.
