Report: Barry Beach propositioned 12-year-old girl

(AP) — A Billings woman says Barry Beach sexually propositioned her 12-year-old daughter about two months after he was granted clemency for a murder conviction that kept him in prison for three decades.

The report says Beach picked up the girl, drove her to his home and asked if he could touch her and whether she liked performing a sex act.
