Billings appointed to legislative study panel on recidivism

MADISON - The Wisconsin Legislature’s Joint Legislative Council recently appointed Rep. Jill Billings, D-La Crosse, to serve on the Study Committee on Reducing Recidivism and Removing Impediments to Ex-Offender Employment.
