Hennepin County prosecutors declined to pursue criminal charges in the drug case involving several University of Minnesota wrestlers suspected of using and selling the prescription sedative Xanax this past winter, authorities said. The Hennepin County attorney’s office declined to pursue the case due to “a lack of evidence,” U police investigators said.
