$15 minimum wage petitions dropped off at City Hall

Supporters of a $15 minimum wage in Minneapolis are gathering outside of City Hall to give speeches and march around nearby streets before dropping of about 20,000 petition signatures to get the issue on the November ballot as a charter amendment.
