Florida man says he invented the iPhone in 1992, sues Apple for $10 billion

Whenever someone has a billion dollar idea, it always seems that some company is lurking around the corner to steal it.

In this case, that billion dollar idea is a little-known tech gadget known as the iPhone. The poor soul who had the product taken from him: Thomas S. Ross of Florida claims that he filed a patent for a very similar "electronic reading device" back in 1992.
