Tanker hits 3 moored sailboats on Maine-New Hampshire border

NEW CASTLE, N.H. (AP) — The U.S. Coast Guard is working to determine why an oil tanker hit three moored sailboats in a river on the Maine-New Hampshire border.

The Coast Guard says the oil tanker sustained damage to its bow, causing it to take on water.
