India, Pakistan must decide scope of dialogue on Kashmir issue: United States

The United States on Thursday said that both India and Pakistan should engage in direct dialogue to reduce tensions and added that it is for the two countries to determine the pace, scope, and character of talks on the Kashmir issue.
