'Future Shock' Author Alvin Toffler Passes Away Aged 87

World-famous US sociologist, philosopher and futurologist Alvin Toffler died in his sleep at home in Los Angeles on Monday. His works foresaw the technological development of humanity years before it was actually brought to life.
