The photo was published on Twitter by journalist José Daniel Hernández.
Lady Reportera immediately fired back. "Only publishing for the sake of publishing without context," Cumming tweeted.
Juan Carlos Valerio, head of TV Azteca, confirmed on Twitter that Lydia Cummings had been fired.
Valerio later deleted the tweet where he confirmed her firing.
