Authorities say the husband gunned down his wife outside a drug store and killed their children at an apartment before shooting himself Wednesday.
The Clark County coroner's office said the youngest child, 9-year-old Anhurak Jason Dej-Oudom, died of a gunshot wound to the head.

Police Lt. Dan McGrath says authorities received at least two previous reports of domestic violence involving the family — one this month at the same apartment, and one out of state a decade ago.
