Last of old Van de Kamp restaurant windmills spins again

The Denny's diner chain on Wednesday reactivated the dormant windmill atop its Arcadia location, a former Van de Kamp coffee shop.

Denny's President and CEO John Miller tells the Pasadena Star-News (http://bit.ly/298L8Kl) the company spent about $100,000 to replaced the motor, reinforce the blades and add LED lighting.
