Russia-Turkey Thaw Will Not Affect Ruble Exchange Rate - Bank of Russia

The Bank of Russia does not expect the potential full scale restoration of Moscow's ties with Ankara to have any significant effect on the ruble exchange rate, the bank's governor, Elvira Nabiullina, said Thursday.
