“Chicago Justice,” the latest, and weakest, of Dick Wolf’s “Chicago” trilogy, moves to its regular time slot of 9 p.m. with the episode “Uncertainty Principle,” in which a cop goes on trial for the death of a suspect in custody, evoking the real-life death of Freddie Gray in Baltimore.
The second season of the dramatic series “Saints & Sinners” kicks off at 9 p.m. on Bounce.
Faith, Fact, Forgery returns to CNN at 9 p.m. for a second season, with six episodes using the science and archaeological research to explore the historical Jesus.
The series snagged top ratings for cable news channels in its time period during its first season.
Finding Jesus” will be followed by the premiere of another six-part original series, “Believer With Reza Aslan,” at 10 p.m. It’s rather like the spiritual version of “Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown.
Aslan, a best-selling author, will explore various customs and faith rituals, including ultra-Orthodox Judaism in Israel, Scientology in the U.S., Hindu asceticism in India, Vodou in Haiti, Santa Muerte in Mexico and a doomsday cult in Hawaii.
E unveils its second scripted series at 10 p.m. called “The Arrangement,” a 10-episode drama set in Hollywood where “no one is what they seem,” says the E folks.
