US Navy Seeks Help to Improve Stealth of Submarines, Surface Warships

The US Navy is seeking contractors to provide scientific, engineering, and technical expertise to enhance the stealthiness of its submarines and other sea-going vessels, the Naval Surface Warfare Center said in a solicitation.
