Ukrainian historian Volodymyr Viatrovych is pushing for his country to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the creation of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, which he is attempting to present as having fought the Nazis during WWII. Polish historian Bohdan Pietka told Sputnik why this "false anniversary" is as dubious as the fighters' purported heroism.
