Widow of Navy SEAL emotional at Trump speech

President Donald Trump said Tuesday night that he is calling for one of the largest increases in defense spending in U.S. history. He also recognized the widow of Chief Special Warrant Officer William "Ryan" Owens, who was killed in Yemen raid.
