Head of the Syrian opposition High Negotiations Committee (HNC) delegation Nasr al-Hariri held a briefing on the sidelines of the UN-backed peace talks in Geneva, on Wednesday. The Geneva-based Syrian peace talks began on Febuary 23 following the conclusion of talks brokered by Russia, Turkey, Iran and Syrian factions in Astana, Kazakhstan on February 15-16.
