Doan Thi Huong, 28, of Vietnam was charged with murder on Wednesday in Malaysia in connection with the assassination of Kim Jong-nam, the half brother of North Korea’s leader, Kim Jong-un. Two North Korean men wanted in the investigation have sought refuge at the North Korean Embassy in Kuala Lumpur.
