SAO JOSE DOS CAMPOS, Brazil: Nidec has announced that it will jointly manufacture parts for flying cars with Brazilian firm Embraer, by forming a new company, Nidec Aerospace, which will be based in the US.

The new company will use existing factories of both firms in Brazil and Mexico and will be headquartered in St Louis, with Nidec taking a 51 percent stake and Embraer taking 49 percent, the statement added.
